Formed in 2016 by Mark Plummer out of a sense of frustration that executive search recruitment was becoming less transparent and more corporate for clients and candidates alike, Diplume Search and Selection seems to have found its niche.  With experience in ITO, System Integration (SI), Sales and Account Management, Solution Architecture and Project Management, FMCG, Marketing and over a decade in recruitment, Mark’s team is flexible enough to adapt to each brief, and small enough to look for the next.
